On 6 June 2014, the Bank of Mauritius (Bank) launched a Report entitled ‘Banking Your Future: Towards a fair & inclusive banking sector’. Banks, non-governmental organisations, consumer associations and the general public have been invited to give their comments and feedback on the 100 recommendations contained in the Report.
In view of the growing interest shown by members of the public in making their voice heard on those recommendations, the Bank has decided to extend the consultation period to 31 October 2014.
The Report is available at the reception desk, Bank of Mauritius Tower, Royal Street, Port-Louis, or can be downloaded from the Bank’s website at https://www.bom.mu.
Your personal copy of the 100 Recommendations will soon be delivered at your doorstep. You are kindly requested to fill the Survey Form enclosed in your personal copy and post it back to the Bank, free of charge.
