1. Tenders are invited for the supply to the Bank of six (6) heavy duty printers and consumables.
2. The specifications can be downloaded from the Bank’s website https://www.bom.mu.
3. Tenders should be inclusive of VAT and all charges for delivery of the printers and consumables to the Bank.
4. Tenders in sealed envelopes, clearly marked “Tender-Printers & consumables” on the left hand corner and addressed to

should be deposited in the Tender Box of the Bank, located in the office of the Secretary of the Bank, by 12.00hrs on 14 November 2012, at latest.
5. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
6. The Bank reserves the right to:
i. split the tender;
ii accept or reject any tender;
iii. annul the tender process and reject all tenders at any time prior to the award of the contract
without incurring any liability to any tenderer or having any obligation to inform the tenderer of the grounds of its decision.
