The Bank of Mauritius (Bank) invites bids in sealed envelopes from eligible and qualified bidders for the development and implementation of an XBRL-Based Reporting System, Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Tools as described in the bidding document.
2. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Bank on 9 October 2013 at 11:00 hours. Bidders, who wish to attend the pre-bid meeting, are requested to register by email to head.corp.services@bom.mu or write to Head, Corporate Services Division, Bank of Mauritius, Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis, Mauritius.
3. A complete set of the bidding documents in English can be downloaded on the Bank’s website at http://www.bom.mu
4. Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box at the address below on or before Wednesday 20 November 2013 up till 15.00 hours (local time) at latest. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

5. The bids should contain an Eligibility Proposal, a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal submitted in separate documents and in separate sealed envelopes. They should be marked appropriately as per specifications in the bidding documents. A copy of the original bid should also be submitted.
6. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding exercise and reject all bids without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder or any obligation to inform bidders of the grounds of its action.
