Invitation for Expression of Interest: IT Transformation Project Phase I

  1. The Bank of Mauritius (Bank) invites eligible and qualified bidders having experience in implementing similar solutions in at least two (2) central/reserve banks, to express interest for the implementation of the IT Transformation Project Phase I, as more fully described in the Expression of Interest (EOI) document.

  1. The Expression of Interest (EOI) document in English can be downloaded from the Bank’s website at https://www.bom.mu.

  1. Applicants may send questions/clarifications, if any, by email to tender.committee@bom.mu  or write to The Chairperson, Tender Committee, Bank of Mauritius, Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis, Mauritius, by latest Wednesday 13 March 2019 at 16:00 hours (Mauritius time). Responses to the questions/clarifications, if any, will be published on the Bank’s Website at https://www.bom.mu by 20 March 2019.

  1. EOIs must be deposited in the Tender Box B at the address below on or before Friday 29 March 2019 up to 16.00 hours (Mauritius time) at latest. Electronic submission shall not be permitted.  EOIs submitted after the closing time will be rejected. EOIs should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the words “Expression of Interest – IT Transformation Project Phase I” clearly marked on the top left-hand corner and addressed to:

  1. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or to annul the bidding exercise and reject all bids without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder or any obligation to inform bidders of the grounds of its action.
