The Bank of Mauritius (Bank) wishes to inform the public that fraudulent websites bearing names that closely resemble those of existing banks licensed by the Bank are currently in circulation.
Members of the public are, therefore, cautioned against such websites.
The public is further advised to consult the list of financial institutions licensed by the Bank, which also contains details of their websites, on the Bank’s website at https://www.bom.mu/financial-stability/supervision/licensees/list-of-licensees.
