On 25 April 2008, the Bank of Mauritius issued a Foreign Exchange Dealer Licence to Cim Forex Ltd.
According to the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name issued on 1 August 2022, Cim Forex Ltd has changed its name to Swan Forex Ltd.
The public is hereby informed that a Foreign Exchange Dealer Licence in the name of Swan Forex Ltd has been issued to the institution on 5 August 2022 and consequently, the licence issued in the name of Cim Forex Ltd stands cancelled.
