It has come to the attention of the Bank of Mauritius (the ‘Bank’) that an entity bearing the name ‘Goodlands Savings and Loans Company’ is purporting to have its address in Mauritius on its website.
Members of the public are hereby informed that the company is neither licensed nor regulated by the Bank.
A list of financial institutions licensed under the Banking Act is available on the Bank’s website at the following link https://www.bom.mu/financial-stability/supervision/licensees/list-of-licensees.
A list of the Bank’s licensees under the National Payment Systems Act 2018 is also available on the Bank’s website at the following link https://www.bom.mu/payment-systems/licensing/list-licensees.
