Mr Matthew John LAMPORT
Mr Matthew John Lamport was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Bank of Mauritius in January 2025.
Mr Lamport is currently Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Management of the University of Mauritius.
Since January 2005, he represents the University of Mauritius on the Financial Reporting Council. He was also a member of the National Committee on Corporate Governance from August 2020 to November 2024.
He holds a BSc in Management Studies and an MSc in Finance from the University of Mauritius. He is also a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant.
