The Bank is circulating a draft “Guideline on the Provision of Internet Financial Services by Financial Institutions” for consultation.
The Guideline can be accessed through the menu item “LEGISLATION, GUIDELINES AND COMPLIANCE”, sub-item “Guidelines”.
Comments and suggestions, if any, on the Guideline may be communicated to the Director-Supervision, Bank of Mauritius, or emailed at nsvishwanathan@bom.intnet.mu on or before 29 August 2008.
The Bank will thereafter finalise the Guideline in the light of feedback received, in consultation with the industry.
