1. The Bank of Mauritius hereby invites tenders in sealed envelopes from experienced caterers to operate the Bank’s canteen for a period to be mutually agreed and which may be renewed upon satisfactory performance.
2. The Tender Document is available on the website of the Bank as well as at the Reception Desk of the Bank.
3. Tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box at the address below on or before Wednesday 11 August 2010 up to 15.00hrs at latest. The words “Canteen Service” should be clearly marked on the top left hand corner of the envelope.

4. Tenders received after the closing date or not conforming with the specifications or failing to provide the required details will be rejected.
5. Tenders should remain valid for a period of 90 days as from date of submission.
6. During the evaluation period, the Bank may call for any additional information it may require.
7. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and to annul the tender process at any time without thereby incurring any liability to any tenderer or any obligation to inform the tenderer of the grounds of its action.
