1. Tenders are invited from contractors for the provision of cleaning services to the Bank of Mauritius Tower.
2. Bidders are invited to call at the Bank on Monday 11 May 2009 at 9.30 hrs. A meeting will be held on Level 13 to brief contractors from 9.45 hrs to 10.00 hrs. This will be followed by a site visit from 10.00 hrs to 10.30 hrs.
3. Tenders should remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.
4. The Bank may request additional information during the bid evaluation period.
5. The tender, in a sealed envelope marked ”Tender for the Provision of Cleaning Services” on the top left corner and addressed to

should be deposited in the Tender Box of the Bank located on Level 15, Bank of Mauritius Tower, Corner Royal Road and Bourbon Street, Port Louis, by 16 00 hrs on Monday 25 May 2009 at latest.
6. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
7. The Bank reserves the right to
(a) accept or reject any bid, even the lowest
(b) annul the whole process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of the contract without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder or any obligation to inform bidders of the grounds of its action.
