1. The Bank of Mauritius (Bank) invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of high quality and certified Bamboo materials as more full described in the bidding documents, which can be downloaded from the Bank’s website at https://www.bom.mu .
2. The tender should be in accordance with specifications detailed in the bidding documents and subject to the following conditions:
a) The tender should remain valid for 120 days from date of submission
b) During the evaluation period, the Bank may request any additional information it may require
c) There should not be any sub-contracting of the operation
d) Tenders received by fax or e-mail or after the deadline set will be rejected
e) Tenders not conforming to the specifications and failing to provide the required details will be rejected.
3. Tenders in sealed envelopes marked ‘Tender for Supply and Delivery of Bamboo Planting Materials’ and addressed to the Chairperson – Tender Committee, Bank of Mauritius should be deposited in the Tender Box B located in the Banking Hall of the Bank by Wednesday 14 January 2015 at 15.00 hours, latest.
4. The Bank reserves the right to accept or to reject any bid either in full or in part and annul the tender process and reject all bids without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder or any obligation to inform bidders of the grounds of its action.
