1. The Bank of Mauritius (Bank) invites bids in sealed envelopes from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and installation of a Video Conferencing System, as more fully described in the bidding documents, which can be downloaded from the Bank’s Website at http://www.bom.mu .
2. Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box at the address below on or before Friday 30 March 2012 up to 15.00 hrs (local time) at latest. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. The words “Purchase of Video Conferencing System” should be clearly marked on the top left hand corner of the envelope.

3. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding exercise and reject all bids without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder or any obligation to inform bidders of the grounds of its action.
