The public is hereby informed that the Bank of Mauritius has today issued a Foreign Exchange Dealer Licence under section 14 of the Banking Act 2004 to FX Market Edge Limited to carry on solely the business of (i) buying and selling foreign currency, including spot and forward exchange transactions and wholesale money market dealings, and (ii) money-changer in Mauritius.
Accordingly, FX Market Edge Limited has today surrendered its Money-Changer Licence which was issued on 28 July 2023.
