Members of the public are hereby informed that the Bank of Mauritius has, on 9 June 2015, authorised the transfer of part of the undertaking of The Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd to MCB Group Limited under Section 32A of the Banking Act 2004.
The appointed day on which the transfer will become effective is 25 June 2015.
This notice is being issued under section 32A(6)(b) of the Banking Act 2004.
