Members of the public are hereby informed that the Bank of Mauritius has, on 26 September 2014, authorised the transfer of part of the undertaking of the State Bank of Mauritius Ltd to SBM Holdings Ltd under section 32A of the Banking Act 2004.
The appointed day on which the transfer shall become effective is 2 October 2014.
This notice is being issued under section 32A(6)(b) of the Banking Act 2004.
