The MACSS Participant Procedures set out the operational rules of the MACSS. The Procedures provide a technical description of MACSS and the process flow of interbank payments. They outline the relationship between MACSS, Participants and ancillary systems, such as SWIFT, and their roles and responsibilities in the settlement of payments.
